My son and daughter-in-law loved the blooming plant and think it is beautiful. My daughter-in-law called me the minute she received the plant and told me she loved it and it was beautiful but there were no instructions with the plant on how to take care of it. There was a card, but it was blank. I called and spoke with a representative but she could barely speak English and it was hard for me to understand her. She told me she would send the instructions to my email but I never received them. I had to look it up on line. Other than that, everything was great.

My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and balloons. They were more beautiful than the picture I ordered from. She was delighted and so I am. Thank you for making her birthday that much more special! Pam

good price point, good service. I appreciated the phone call from the florist informing me that the particular color of Lily was not available. The color wasn't important to me, the courtesy was. Will use you guys again.
