In my opinion there isn't anything you could do better. The customer service representative was very helpful to me. I tried to order online and was having difficulty and he fixed the problem and therefore my order was completed and I was very happy that my order would be delivered to my Sister for Christmas.

Happy with the next day service especially on a weekend. Don't know if it's logistically feasible but a nice touch would be to have the delivery person take a pic of the recipient with the flowers and email it to the sender. I have seen it done before, it is unique, and closure on your purchase.
