Had a wonderful and easy experience with Ava's flowers. The day before they called to confirm order, the day of delivery the family who we sent flowers to weren't home so the delivery guy called us and left flowers in a safe spot for the family, the family truly loved the flowers! he also sent us a picture and we were so grateful for that! Thank you so much for making it easy for us and being so helpful.

I inquired via email to see if the delivery had been made when requested and was contacted shortly thereafter to say that it was being looked into. Then, I actually received a phone call from a real live person letting me know when the flowers were delivered (they were actually delivered a day earlier than requested - totally fine as it was for a funeral and made set up for the service easier).
