The flowers were delivered timely and they're beautiful. However, placing the order was somewhat difficult. I had to repeat my name and address several times. I also had to repeat the message I wanted on the card. When the flowers arrived, the grammar written on the card is absolutely terrible. I try to be understanding, I manage a security call center so I know these things happen. But the card was the most frustrating part. This is my second order in less than a month. The flowers in both cases are beautiful. Thank you

Thank you so much for your quick delivery. The flowers were delivered within four hoursof delivery. A relative was supposed to take flowers to our sick mom and backed out and I found you on the internet with your ad. The flowers are beautiful! A health aide showed them to me on Facetime. My mother loved them. Thank you so much!!

I was helped by a very friendly lady when I had a problem with my greeting message on my card. It was nice to be able to order the flowers so easily on the internet but when there's a problem we all want to hear a voice on the other end of the phone which I received and was very pleased with the outcome. Great efficient service. I was worried about the delivery but all went smoothly. I was even emailed a note that they had been delivered. I sent roses to my boss and she loved them!! She couldn't believe how many flowers arrived. Best, Pam
