One of the best phone orders I've ever made..extrordinarily friendly and competent agent, he made the process absolutely smooth. I had some technical questions about the arrangement which he answered readily, and offered to get more information if I needed any. I would absolutely order from you again if I ever had the need in that area, thought that's unlikely. I had actually first contacted another florist in your area, who initially didn't call me back over several hours though I said it was a time-critical order. When I called a second time, a person did pick up there, but when I asked some questions, again about, for example, the size etc., the person hung up the phone, and then did not answer a second time when I called back within seconds...though they were clearly there.
