Oscar informed me that my order was going to be special, and my brother who was the recipient of the order said that the fruit basket was fantastic. He really liked it. Thank you Ava's Flowers! Hi there! I used Avas to send some flowers to a wake / funeral out-of-state that I was unable to attend. Therefore, I was not able to see the flowers personally. I WILL say, though, that the woman in customer service that took my phone call / order was absolutely a PHENOMENAL Avas representative with whom to work. I will contact your company again, when needed, and mostly because of her!! She was product knowledgeable, exceedingly gracious and kind - just wonderful! My wonderful neighbors gave me immediate help when I had an encounter with an off-leash dog so it was very important to me to be able to thank them ASAP. Avas has a beautiful selection of floral arrangements. Not only were the flowers beautiful they were delivered within 2 hours after I placed my order. I will definitely buy from you again.
