This is the second time we used Avas Flowers, the first time on line order & the second time I called in to customer service because I had to plase two (2) orders for tha same funeral. Your customer service rep Lethe was very polite & made sure she finished one order at a time. When finishing up she went over the order before submitting. Unfortunately I don't get to know who the local florist was for the Cullen (1 Basket) or Kinsley (2 Baskets) funerals, but everyone said all of the arrangements were beautiful. I will definately use & recommend Avas to my friends/family. Thank you again, Dorothy Grillo
