The staff was very helpful and the delivery was on time. The arrangement seemed a little small given the amount spent. But the flowers were pretty and it may be the fact that I'm just not much for ordering flowers, but if need be I would use your florist again.

THANK YOU -- THANK YOU -- THANK YOU -- a thousand times THANK YOU!! I had previously gone through another florist in Monterey & it was a complete nightmare!! When I called your company I received the most fantastic service!! The person who took my order was just awesome. Just as important, the order of flowers I placed were delivered the same day as promised!! The occasion was to thank the birthing unit nurses/staff for their kindness to my daughter while she was in the hospital having delivered her 1st baby, a boy, & my 1st grandchild. I did all of the ordering, etc. since my daughter had been having a rough time after the baby was born & end up in the hospital for 6 days after his birth. I wanted to help her where I could (a mother's love) so she could focus on her new baby. She was so pleased with the way your company handled everything that she will use you in the future as well as referring you to all of her military spouses, friends, etc. Thank you again so very much! Ordering was easy. Price was fair. But I have no idea when or even if the flowers were delivered. No confirmation from you. What would have been AWESOME is an e-mail with a PICTURE of exactly what was delivered, when it was delivered and if someone was home, or if it was left at the door, etc. Thanks!
