Since I was ordering from out of state with no clue as to how the flowers would look, I was skeptible....however, I was very pleased with the tracking and delivery notice....talked with my sister-in-law the next day and she seemed very pleased, so thank you. Please answer one question....did you actually prepare and deliver the flowers, or are you a centralized service that calls a local florist? Anyway, thanks for a job well done...

I called at 8:30 for a same day delivery. The gentleman that assisted me said he would "try" to get it there before 3:00. The flowers arrived less than 2 hours later. :) Beautiful arrangement, good price, GREAT SERVICE!!! I will be using Ava's again. Thank You!
