I was satisfied with the customer service and how I was helped over the phone with my order. However, when my friend sent me the photo of the flowers delivered, it wasn't like the flowers that I ordered. It wasn't as full as I expected but nonetheless she loved them.

There is not a whole lot more to improve. The process was simple and accurate, from order to delivery. Maybe allow the florists more room for creativity in selection of flowers and presentation that will open up options? Thats about it.
