I had sent a message already and had not received a reply. I ordered from you guys for someone in a hospital in an area I was not familiar with. Your rating and pictures seemed great. I had called you and around to a few other places trying to get the flowers delivered the same day but was calling too late in the day for that. I wasn’t sure if the patient would still be there the next day at that time. When I found out she would be I went back to you because of your ratings, pictures, and the fact that it said free delivery. I was then soon to find out at check out that you charge an almost $16 handling fee which I think is false advertising.... to me I think that is the delivery fee hidden. I did not have the time or patience to look for another florist. Anyhow I think that is a false advertisement and not the right way to do business.

This was an easy, efficient ordering process and the flowers were delivered in a timely manner. On top of that, it was a beautiful arrangement, very close to the picture on the website.
