I placed my order with AVASFLOWERS on January 30, 2017. To be honest, I am disappointed with the process of the order. I wanted the flowers delivered on the 31st of January, and they were not delivered until February 1st. After 3 phone calls (from a representative of AVASFLOWERS), and 2 emails later, I was beginning to lose hope that the flowers would be as pretty as the picture I had seen online. I was asked on 2 different days, January 30, and February 1, if it would be okay with me if other flowers were substituted for the ones shown online. I agreed, because my account had already been debited. I only asked that the substitution be as pretty as the pictured flowers. This is where the florist itself excelled. My friend, Jeanne, sent me a picture of the arrangement that was delivered. I was very, very pleased with the end result. The flowers were gorgeous, and she was so happy. Thank you to the florist, job well done!!!

The confirmation email was confusing in that delivery was confirmed but it also said that it wasn't delivered to the recipient. I phoned for clarification and I was told that I would receive an email informing me who signed for receipt. The email with this information was never received.

My mother-in-law liked them very much.

My aunt loved the flowers that came to her door and from the pictures she sent me they looked beautiful. Very full vase and looked very professional.
