Feel free to make it public. My wife was blown away at just how beautiful the bouquet was. As was I when she brought it home that night. Your delivery service was outstanding, my wife ejoyed talking with the lady that brought them by. This is the first time I have used your shop and service, good news for me is I no longer have to look around to find a floral shop. On the first delivery (Wed), which was her birthday, the vase was broken. She called and another delivery was made on Friday as a replacement. While the experience was unfortunate, the customer service was good and you corrected the error as I would have hoped.

I needed a certain type of flower arrangement and I was completely satisfied with the help I received. She also kept me in my budget! Although I have not seen the flower arrangement , my mom was so happy to receive such beautiful flowers. Will use Ava's again.
