I ordered from overseas, and was worried that there would be some issues in having to confirm my phone number. I sent an email to the support email address explaining my situation, slightly worried that the time difference might complicate things. The next morning, I learned that the recepient had received her flowers and a representative at Avas confirmed that my order was put through. I appreciate the speedy response in expiditing my order so it was received on time. Thanks you so much!
