Ordered birthday arrangement for same day delivery. Didn't receive email confirmation immediately, so called the 877 number and customer service made sure it was sent right away. The person on the phone did have a slight accent but was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful flowers and great customer service. Best of all, the recipient was very pleased with the gift!!!
