I was very pleased with the service when placing a last minute order on-line. When I called your company the first time, the gal that assisted me was extremely pleasant. I wished I would have taken down her name. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She advised me on what arrangements had already been ordered for John Owen's services and guide me to another option. My call was on 6/29/18, early afternoon. I will definitely keep your services in mind the next time I need to order flowers. Thank you for an awesome experience.
