Recipient raved about their plant. I wasn't sure what an upgrade entailed, but was happy to see that the dish garden was upgraded from a basket to a planter. The only other comment I have is that this was a 75th birthday for a neighbor from a family and I assumed both balloons would say Happy Birthday. One of them had a I love you balloon. A little weird, but not bad. After all this person was a great neighbor to my family growing up. I would just suggest you double check the orders and possibly add a drop down for balloon theme choice to your website. I live in AZ and wanted to use a local florist for this occasion and your team did not disappoint. Great Job!
