hi; thank you very much; very professional and helpful gentleman on the phone {sorry forgot his name}; I ordered balloons for my mom in hospital, because she could see them from her bed better than plants or flowers; I described what I wanted; when I arrived I was very pleased with what you sent; so your representative did a great job listening to me and coming up with appropriate design

The only problem I encountered is the arrangement was not delivered on time. As a result, I had to contact customer service and they offered a discount and an upgrade in the arrangement which is as very much appreciated. Aside from that, the arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful!

Hi Brian, My friend, Vivian, loved her flowers! She's been through a really rough time recently - her grand-daughter was in a very serious car accident a few weeks ago - the flowers just made her day. She said she didn't realize it but she needed daisies Saturday. My experience was a totally positive one and the next time I decide to send flowers to that area, I will definitely give you a call.
