Although I did not see the arrangement, my sister called as soon as she got it. She was so excited to receive the arrangement which she said was absolutely beautiful and gave her a wonderful boost to her spirits. This is my second order thru you and I find it very welldone and handled. You always let me know whenit was delivered and a phone call also came. Thank you for doign the extra in a day when no one seems to think customer service or satisfaction is important. Will use you again, Thanks Mary Trimble. I mostly use you for flowersto Hamlet manor as I have relatives there and find a flower is so brightening in a time in life when there is not much joy left.
