The salesperson who helped with my order was very kind and courteous. She spent time with me, answering all of my questions, and assuring me that the flowers would be very fresh and "lush". We were very pleased to find this on-line company who doesn't take advantage of their customers and has pride in their work. The basket ordered was the "Deluxe" edition and it was just lovely. They even sent us an email when the flowers were delivered. We received many compliments on this basket and will surely use Avas again when the need arises. Thank you, AvasFlowers!

Not only was the arrangement beautiful but I made needed to make changes to my order and asked many questions and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.

I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO SEND FOR MY 2ND COUSINS FUNERAL SINCE I DIDNT KNOW HIM BUT WHEN THEY ARRIVED EVERYONE WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE CLASS AND QUALITY

I felt this was a wonderful way to express my condolences. It's such a clean and classic looking flower basket. I added a banner that said Beloved Friend and it looked wonderful.

Lilies are such an amazing flower. they are fragrant and astonishing. Mixed with the lush greens and carnations it makes a piece that is worth displaying to show your respect for the loss of a loved one.

I ordered this from your florist and it was the nicest arrangement at the funeral home. Your driver was also very nice, he helped my wife pickup her purse and stuff when she dropped it in the parking lot and refused a tip. Thank You
