I was very pleased with the flowers and your customer service. My sister was thrilled with the flowers and they are simply beautiful. It was exactly the flowers I wanted to send - right down to the color of the bow. (she sent me a picture) It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use Avas Flowers again.
