Simply stated, my 1st contact with your company proved to be one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I work with CEO's to improve their leadership. One key element is how they treat their customers & the infrastructure they put in place to do so. The experience with your company started with a visit to your website followed by a helpful phone call. Another florist said it couldn't be done but your shop made it happen while keeping in constant communication by email, & even a phone call to let me know the delivery person was on their way. I don't ever recall having such a positive and well thought out experience with a florist before. Well done!!
